RETURN POLICY

- Any merchandise marked "Sale" are final sale, no exceptions!

- Shipping fees are not refundable 

 Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

- Trendy Beauty Co diligently inspects all items before shipping; Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

ORDER PROCESSING

 Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

CANCELLATION
Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@trendybeautyco.com within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Trendy Beauty Co you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 10-14 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

Trendy Beauty Co not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Trendy Beauty Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Trendy Beauty Co will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer.
